We Accept All Medicaid Healthcare Plans<\/h2>\n

Behavioral Advancement Therapy is committed to providing accessible and inclusive behavior analysis services to individuals with Medicaid coverage. We welcome clients with all Medicaid healthcare plans, ensuring that quality care is available to those who need it most.<\/h5>\n

To get started with our services, the following documents are necessary:<\/p>\n

Medicaid Insurance Card<\/strong><\/p>\n

Identification:<\/strong> Child's guardians government-issued photo ID.<\/p>\n

Doctor's Forms Needed:<\/strong> A Referral for ABA Therapy from one of the following professionals (Primary Care Physician, Neurologist, or Psychiatrist.)<\/p>\n

Psychological Evaluation:<\/strong> We will provide you with a list of psychologists available to assist in the clinical diagnostic evaluation (CDE) process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

If therapy is at school an IEP or 504 plan from your child's school will be required.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Our therapists and experts are ready to assist you in gathering and requesting forms from your medical providers to approve therapy services. We aim to make our services accessible and inclusive to individuals seeking support and healing for their families.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
